Yadokargo is a large battle robot that resembles a hermit crab. It serves as the boss of the intro stage in Mega Man 8, attacking Mega Man when he trespasses on Wily Island. Yadokargo snaps at Mega Man with its pincers and tries to crush him by jumping. It can also launch bombs from the top of its conical shell. The shell protects the robot's brain from attack, but the Mega Ball or a fully charged Buster shot can dislodge the shell, making an opening. Mega Man can revisit the Wily Island stage at any point and battle the Yadokargo again, which is also vulnerable to Tornado Hold and Flash Bomb. Astro Crush will destroy it instantly.
