Search Man (DWN-061) is a two-headed Robot Master created by Dr. Albert Wily that appears in Mega Man 8. He was designed for geurilla warfare and was built with two heads because Wily felt that having two minds would increase his intelligence and his power. However, both heads share the same personality due to an error on Wily's part and at times Search Man sends himself into a state of confusion by switching between heads while talking and making decisions.
Abilities[]
- Camouflage - Search Man's jungle camo allows him to blend in to the environment of the Congo jungle where he is deployed.
- Homing Sniper - The cannon on Search Man's right arm can launch homing missiles that swiftly seek out and destroy targets. Mega Man can copy this weapon.
- Decoy - In battle, Search Man can deploy dummies to trick his opponents into letting their guard down.
- Deadly Storm - Search Man launches a stream of missiles into the air that then rain down on enemies.

- Flame Sword - Search Man tries to use jungle greenery to camouflage himself, but this advantage can be burned away.
