Kuat Drive Yards, or KDY, is a massive interstellar mega-corporation in the Star Wars universe. Based on the planet Kuat, KDY was once a subsidiary of the Techno Union, but severed ties with their parent organization at some point prior to the Clone Wars. Since then, they have primarily manufactured starships and ground-based vehicles and weaponry for the Galactic Republic and Empire. Among their most popular products are the variety of All-Terrain walkers such as the AT-AT and AT-ST.
