A T-1000 reconstitutes itself
Mimetic poly-alloy is a liquid metal material that has been featured in the Terminator films. The fluidic alloy has metamorphic properties and can be used to create machines capable of changing shape. The most prominent example of such a machine is the T-1000, an android comprised entirely of mimetic alloy and capable of shapeshifting into any solid object. The T-X, while maintaining a robotic endoskeleton, utilizes a polymimetic sheath so that it can disguise itself as different humans.
While poly-alloy is malleable and cannot be damaged by conventional forms of attack, it does have its weaknesses. Extreme cold will freeze it and make it brittle, whereas in contrast, intense heat will melt it. Poly-alloy can also be dissolved by acid.
