Splats is a Badnik robot based on a rabbit. It poses little threat as all it can do is bounce along the ground on its spring. The Splats enemy was supposed to feature in Sonic the Hedgehog on the Mega Drive, but was never taken past the beta version of the game. However it has appeared in various Sonic-related books and comics.
