Tails pilots the Tornado 3
The Tornado 3 (also known as the Cyclone) is a transforming vehicle built and piloted by Tails in the Sonic Adventure 2 video game. It has three forms: monoplane, mecha and car, which it can switch between at any given time. Throughout most of Sonic Adventure 2, the Tornado 3 is seen in its mecha form, walking about on two legs and functioning in an identical manner to Dr. Robotnik's Egg Walker II.
In robot mode, the Cyclone is equipped with booster engines that allow it to hover and slow its descent. Its propeller can pop out of its socket to "punch" nearby enemies. It is also armed with a volkan cannon and homing missiles that can be modified to inflict splash damage.
